no poop :/ Had fig bar + gel + coffee before this. Glad I got out in the morning, just feels better. Felt weird on the 20 min WU and sluggish to start. Wind finder had the wind direction wrong I think which was actually not a bad thing. First mile was sluggish but hit 6:09, second mile got some head winds 6:01, third & fourth mile felt like a breeze 5:48, 5:39. Fifth mile was hard around Moakley into the wind, 5:31. Last mile was HARD but managed to get up and it 5:19.5 Happy with the completion but not the effort it took. Cool down was miserable lmao. Wind was stronger than expected as well.
