Long run... Friday???

Weather: Treadmill, hot as shit, good summer training lol

Comments:
Honestly this one was a little rough, it's finally cold here and very icy and I guess I just wanted to protect my legs. That said, I worked a very full grad school day with bad nutrition and then the sunlight was blaring on the treadmills at 4 pm which pretty much wiped out my actually decent hydration. All told 8x732 getting faster each mile down post the 4 mile to 719, 1.5x945 cooldown. In summary, one was a little rough, legs feel ok.
