Comments:
Best 5km time this year so far, so I am very pleased with that, especially as it was on an off-road route, although a reasonably flat one! But long grass and rocks on the course as well as a strong headwind in places made it more difficult than it could have been. Also took a tumble, so in perfect conditions, I think that I could still take a couple of minutes off that time.
