Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got started a little late. I was really tired and slept in. Not as sore as yesterday and feeling ready to run. Got out it was chilly and foggy. Not a lot of other folks out. Ran down 20th to Greenway to 37th then back cutting up in Camosun. Little longer than 7, should have added on but I was going on feel today. Pace was slow starting out but I picked it up on greenway. A biker passed me and said I was at 17 km/hr. I didnt really have a gauge for that at the time but it felt like a pick up. Getting back up the hill felt tough I had to push it there. Taking miles as it is this week, need to get the Friday groove back to build up.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back after standing around for a while. Considering the booster, legs are good. I think running helped shake em up and relieve some of the grogginess.
