4x8 Dumbbell Rows (20 --> 25, 25, 25 each arm)
5x8 Bench Press (45 --> 65, 65, 65)
3x10 Side Bends (20 --) 25,25 each side)
4x8 Ab Crunch Machine (50 --> 55 --> 60 --> 55)

Punctuated with a 1.1 mile interval set on elliptical machine.
