Too tired this morning. Nicer weather though. Track for 8x100m strides @ mile. 20 mins, 8x100 /300 (2 miles) / 5.5 mile cool down. Felt decent just blah run

Not looking forward to tomorrow. Massive storm so running outside is 99% unlikely with 30-70MPH winds and 24" of snow. 18 on the treadmill is brutal not to mention 6:20 pace. Watch will probably think I'm going 8:00 and training will plummet. fuck it.
