Comments:
Big snow storm wind currently 28 with gusts 50+ and snow on the ground, current 4" so decided I'd get the most quality on the treadmill. Overall a great run TBH. Fuled well before and during. Had banana early, 1.5 servings of oatmeal, 85g blueberries, 30mL maple syrup, cinnamon, mocha gel before. During had a bottle of water, most of a bottle of the kirkland sport drink and, citrus gel at an hour, razz gel with 2 miles to go. First 35 mins were hell then the rest was good. Felt easy and smooth. First min or so 6:28 then down to 6:22 for the first 6 miles. After that hit 6:18 until 16 miles and the last two 6:07, 5:56. Def a good run I think. nervous at first then ezzzz. Treadmil off like usual. hit maz HR first two miles last
