Loosened up with Jumping Jacks & Arm Circles
4x10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press (15 --> 20 --> 20 --> 20 w/ last set being non-alternating)
4x10 Upright Row (45 --> 55 --> 60 --> 55)
4x10 Reverse Pec Dec (I forgot what weight I used oops)
Was supposed to do either shoulder tap planks or t push-ups afterwards, but I was very sore, and chose to do a little cardio instead

Punctuated with a 1.1 mile cooldown on the treadmill
