3x10 Inclined dumbbell Press (15 --> 10 --> 15)
1 x 10 Bar Dips
3x10 Bench (45 55 45)
3x10 Reverser Grip Smith Press (45 45 45)

Tough Day, still felt very sore. Was supposed to do more dips but not physically strong enough yet :/ every exercise felt difficult, working through the aches though! Finished with a 1.1 mile treadmill cooldown
