Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Planet Fitness --> 30, No Wind, Campus

Comments:
Started with Back Day (No Breakfast):
4x10 DB Row (each arm, 15, 20 20, 25)
4x8 Tricep Extensions (uhh i forgot, 10 15 15 20?)
4x12 Shrugs (20 25 25 30)
4x8 Lateral Raises (8, 8, 8, 10)
2x8 Squat and 2x8 Deadlift

Skipped Shoulder Press because I was feeling atrophied. Went riht from the gym to Campus for class! Did about 2 miles total, running 5 loops of the hill interval. I spent 25 MINUTES looking for parking, so I did extra running from the most distant corner of M lot all the way to the West Gym so I could be on time (The things I do for you Matt <3). The hills were tough after squatting, but the rest of the run and strides felt decent.
