Comments:
Treadmill to avoid slipping outside. This workout will be interesting outside, def harder probably. Easier than I expected, felt easy 5:50 and a little hard on the 5:20s. Being on the mill with water and gel is helpful. Did fig bar and gel before, gel during and a bottle of water. I wonder if stats would be diff if the treadmill was accurate/did outside. Last mile cut it down to 5:18 first .5, 5:15 .25 then 5:20 last .25
