Leg Workout w/ normal pre-workout routine:

4x10 Squat (45 65 85 95)
3x10 Dumbbell Lunge (15s on each side)
3x8 Deadlift (95 115 135)
3x10 Hamstring Extension Curl (Forgot Weights)
4x10 Leg Press (105, 110, 130, 150)

Workout went mostly well. Squats felt good-- However, Really struggled with the deadlifts. I'm very used to free weight racks, and the gym I use is exclusively smith machines-- It felt like I could not get my form right to deadlift due to the angle of the smith machine, so I tapped out before I blew my back out! Other than that, good workout
