Weather: Campus, Mid 30s, Raining

Comments:
Long Run in class today: Had a yogurt and granola beforehand. Felt really good! I did not lift before todays run, learning from Tuesday. Did core before the run in the gym. Ran with Matt's group up thru clubhouse road, 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back. Paced behind Sarah on the 15 minutes back and ended up getting back at 28:50-- I'm assuming we did around a 5k in mileage, roughly.
