Comments:
Distance girls first night at Jadwin!
Ran a hard workout. Our goal was to run even and negative splits while translated mainly into a base pace of 45 seconds per 400 meters. The last two rounds we ran without stopwatches and more by feel and had Smirk telling us if we were slow or fast and what we needed to work on. The second to last 200 was interesting because he told us to go run it like we were finishing. All out. Leave nothing left. We all ran it and PR'd in the first 200 meters of our 400 time!!!! It was overall a really great workout but i got a little distraced in the second 800 and fell off pace for a lap.
