Happy I got outside. Prob didn't need the jacket. Felt solid even after yesterdays long day, not too sore. Sleep recovery was fine based oni the watch. Woke up at 12:30 soaking wet though. Then 2:50ish and then 5:30 and 7ish? I think I got a cold from yesterday though. Hovered around the max HR for the first 11-12 mins lmao then dipped the rest of the run - still weird.
