Holy SHIT. This run felt easy and amazing, Forgot my HR strao at lydias so HR is high af for this. went to get it 1 mile in but I guess it didn't link since I already started. Felt fresh and easy. However, I shit myself. Legit. Idk maybe 7 miles in a got the urge and I can usual hold it but 8 in was game over. B lined for my apartment. Had to walk and waddle. Made it to the back door and SHIT in the parking lot. Cleaned up, clogged the toielt and finished the 8.5 mins I had left.
