Workout Started good with the Bench! Did a higher weight than usual which I felt good about. This kind shredded me for the inclined dumbell work, the 15s were too much so I dropped to 10s. I think I tweaked my back a ittle bit on the seated cheset press or smith press because I woke up the next day with it really sore.
