Comments:
Did the 2 mile time trial today! My back was still very sore from yesterdays workout, think I pinched a nerve or something. Came into this with a goal of running sub 15, I knew that I could manage 7:30 pace, maybe even 7:00 on a good day. After the short warmup we took off for the 2 mile! I started out in front and settled in around the end of the top 7. The uphill was very tough, I haven't trained for hills well, I pushed through it but it took a lot out of me-- I didn't attack the downhill as well as I could've at my best, but still took it at a respectable pace. Was very happy with my kick down the straightaway at the end, and finished with a 14:50 which was at my goal pace! I hope to be sub 14 by the end of the semester
