10 minutes on the bike
3x20 at 20 lbs (dumbells) Chest press
5 minute wall sit
Bicep circut (regular, turn wrist, across body)
3x20 at 50 lbs Lat pull downs
Planks
Plank walks
2x20 Pushups

Didnt do too much today because of the run, but I'm very content with the results of the weight training over break in terms of running if that makes sense at all.
