Absolute failer of a workout. Went to maokley, track covered in ice, BCH track a little better. Went back and did it around moakley. Miles were fine last one legs got heavy. First 2 1200s were decent...then on the 3rd I just didn't have it - couldn't run. Last 3 were slower than HM pace lol just tough overall.
