Much better workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Icy, outside/ good inside

Comments:
I felt much better about the workout today than I did about Mondays. We did 3x 5:30 tempos on MLK and then did 4x200 on the track. The tempos felt real good. Nothing strenous except the last half mile where we picked it up to get a full mile. We ran the first segment at about 6min pace and droped from there untill the last half. I was happy at how easy it was to do these. Thats my first part of encourgement. The second came from the 200's which were great. None were over 30 and although I couldn't match Brett's 25.5!! on the last one I did manage a respectable 26.5 which was nice for me. I'm back to feeling execited about the meets starting soon.
Workout format 3x5:30 tempos with 1min rest. Rest was a little long the second time cuz Brett pooped.
mlie back form MLK and a .5 mile wramup on the track
4x200 starting at 30-31 and working down.
Splits: The first two tempo segments were a little short of a mile, about 6min pace. On the last segment we ran a full mile in 5:37
200's were: 29.2, 29.4, 28.5, 26.5
