Comments:
I really didn't want to run so I forced myself to run and it turned into a frustration valve. 5x705, splits, 708, 717, 708, 702, 652, very hilly. Mile 1 downhill, mile 2 uphill, last 3 rollers, finished with a 2x805 cd. Legs are tight but ok.
