Comments:
Windy and warmer out. Tired from yesterday so really tried to keep it slow. First mile was not 6:47 so avg pace closer to 7:20s. 2ish miles in going to castel slipped on some mud like you read about and did an in action barrel roll straigh back up and running lol. Got muddy af and knee kind of cut but din't effect me. Good slower run.
