Weather: Indoors @ Planet Fitness

Comments:
Arm Focused Day! Not feeling sore, had some yogurt beforehand. Gym was really crowded so it was tough to get the weights I wanted

3 x 15 bar curls (40 lb bar)
3 x 10 Shoulder Press (10 12 20)
2 x 10 dumbbell curls (10s)
3 x 10 Dumbbell Rows (20s)
2 x 10 Ab Cruncher Machine (45, 55)

Finished off with 1.15 on the treadmill, where I increased the slope at every .2 interval. Overall felt a little weak this workout, specifically in the left arm. Wanted to bench also but one never opened up
