Comments:
Very nice temps but windy. Forgot how dehydrated I get when it's a little warm out lol low HUM didn't help. Warm up felt that weird feeling but was easy an quicker. HR a little elivated the whole run - maybe psyched myself out. First mile was a little windy but hit pace 5:40, second mile feeling good 5:38, third mile hit some winds 5:42, fourth mile hardest mostly windy went into BCH to try and doge , 5:42 (22:42). Mile easy was chill made it to the back end of Moakley. These two miles were easy I think I had a tail wind. Started very quick an settled in. Once I settled I had to keep up to maintain. 5:40, 5:40, Thirs felt good and around some people 5:38, last mile was into the wind the first half (5:57 pace), turned around to try to hit time and did 5:37 (22:35). Overall happy, need to hydrate more and want less wind for better sense of my fitness. 18 still feels long.
