Comments:
Was able to get the mileage back up a little this week. 58 in singles is not bad at all. Also did a couple of thirty minute bike doubles to supplement. Set a new 5k PR this week of 16:12 (by 20 seconds from last spring on the outdoor track) at Ocean Breeze. Felt bad during the race and went out way too hard, so I know that I can break 16 now if I really go for it once I'm in better shape and feeling better all around down the line!
