Wanted to try different some different workout approaches! Started with the run this time, then core, the lifted. Tried doing reps until failure instead of set amount as well. Felt pretty good overall!

2xF Ab crunchers (45 lbs)
4x10/F Tricep Pulldowns (45, 60, 60, 45)
4x20 Bicep Curl into Shoulder Press (10s)
