Comments:
Had yougurt and granola before class today.
We did our first speed workout of the semester! Repeat 200s with 100 walking breaks inbetween. Wasn't sure how I would feel but honestly it felt really good! It almost feels like I'm a stronger mid-distance than distance runner for the first time in my life. My quads were acheing by the end but the work itself went well!
