Comments:
Did a really hard bike workout today did a 5 min warmup and then did 3x 800m race pace so 3x 2:00 all out. Was really difficult and my foot is feeling a lot better I am going to do the elliptical tomorrow and then run on Friday in NYC and then race Sat.
