Comments:
Long run with Rob and first 9ish with Colin. Did 1/2 cup oatmeal, syrup, cinnamon, coffee, water, mango. Then HUMA gel before, SIC during and HUMA during. Felt pretty chill and easy. Some head wind made a little feel harder. Feet got sore around 17. Felt the foot a little the whole time.
