Comments:
Because of the weather, class was inside today! We did a warm up and cool down running around the gym, probably less than a mile in total, with 2 sets of the 9 station workout. Trying to recall them all, it went leg lifts shoulder press, squats, push ups, plank, side planks, rows, reverse lunges, split jumps. Had yogurt and granola as a breakfast beforehand. It was a tough workout! The rows especially killed me, my thighs were sore dead from yesterday that holding the squat for them was a real burn
