Comments:
I tried to catch up on sleep today but still tired and just feel like vegging out. It was overcast and rainy today anyways. Got out a little too close to lunch so I felt kinda sluggish in the middle. Went down to Jericho then to Macdonald and came back on 8th so I could hit the hill at Alma. Powered up the hill real well for some reason. Good to get my legs moving but still feeling sluggish today.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. Was good to get some quick steps but I realize biking and walking everyday still puts a load on and that really starts to add up week in and week out. Legs sore, heel not too bad no blisters. Shoes felt real comfortable today.
