Comments:
I can probably say that this was my best run of the year so far. Different route but 4-and-half minutes better over 10km than last week. Started very slowly and built up from there. Felt good towards the end and this was a comfortable sub-3 21km pace. Very pleased with this run and hope to build nicely on this from here on.
