Comments:
Did hurdle drills with Kurt and Chris between classes, then came back to do CoachL's medball circuit, lifted upper body, then biked in the cardio room. The chick next to me on the bike was giving me real weird looks the whole time cause I was dripping wet. Clearly she was turned on. Also, put a hole through the wall in Veale with the med-ball. My bad.
