Comments:
Good overall. Tread helps for gatorade and gels. Foot hurt most dutinghte warm up. Fine most of the progression but more noticable at the end. Not happy about the fot. I am in unreal shape need it to just go away. Cool odnw uncomfy.
Progression was stead would progress a couple during the miels instead of hit it all at once.
