Finally got back into the gym! Stole a workout from my last arm day journal, the 17th. Had yogurt and granola for breakfast before hand.

2 x 15 bar curls (40 lb bar)
3 x 10 Shoulder Press (10 15 20)
2 x 10 dumbbell curls (10s)
3 x 10 Dumbbell Rows (20s)
2 x 10 Bench (45 60)
2 x 10 Ab Cruncher Machine (45)

Was happy to just be back in the gym! Going to try and reset my schedule to get back into a good rhythm again now that I'm able to.
