Exercise Type: Walk

Weather: Buffalo, 20s, snowy

Comments:
Spent the day today on a sort of micro vacation out to Buffalo! It ended up taking over my entire day, so I didn't manage to get a proper workout in-- With that said, it was a lot of walking around the city to our various activities! I didn't have a step counter going, but if I had to estimate it would be probably around 3 miles in total just walking to and from places. Not exactly the most intensive workout, but still kept my legs engaged throughout the day! Sort of in a transitory period between getting sick and returning to routine that I hope will be settled this coming week. Invested into buying some protein powder and am hoping to be more nutritionally minded as we progress into our course material on proper dieting
