Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Looking for 18 miles but this has a workout in it so it’s a tough week!
I know everything depends on weather but want this over hills if possible and we are shooting for today to have some Marathon Pace work if conditions allow.

Run 2 miles easy
Run 6 miles at MArathon pace effort(always depends on conditions and terrain but anything in mid 6’s would be great)
Recover 2 miles easy
Run 3 miles at MArathon pace effort
Finish 5 miles easy or “as you feel” running...

This is looong!
You will need to take in 100 calories of fuel at least 2 to 3 times and drink as needed.
I know we are putting in more mikes than ever and Wed. was hard so at the end of the day, the main goal is to finish
