Unpacked from my weekend trip and went right to the gym afterwards before it closed! Didn't have much time for a workout due to it being close to closing but managed to squeeze in a sort of full-body circuit:

Ascending weight squats (10 @65, 8 @85, 6 @105, 4 @135)
4x10 Dumbbell Rows (20)
4x10 Shrugs (20)
3x10 Ab Crunchers (45)

Wasn't that intense of a workout so it didn't feel bad or anything. Was tired from driving 3 hours so might've splurged with Chinese food afterwards, but it was deserved
