Comments:
Got up early to go to the gym-- didn't have breakfast beforehand. Had a very arm focused workout, spent nearly my entire time there just doing curls, 100 in total. It ended up feeling good! Afterwards, did a very expeditious 1.1 miles on the treadmill, as I was running a tight schedule to make it to my class on time. Had the usual breakfast afterwards and a protein shake.
