Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Campus Track, High 30s Low 40s, Windy

Comments:
Ran the 4 cone workout in class today! Had the usual breakfast beforehand. The workout was as follows: Using the far straightaway of the track, we set up 4 cones. First, you jogged up to the cones from the starting line. Then, you accelerated from cones one to two, sprinted from cones two to three, and slowed down from cones three to four. We did four sets of five of these intervals-- Overall it felt good! My lungs felt great, and my legs weren't too sore afterwards. This was an interesting speed workout, as it was continuous loops of 5, but overall it wasn't too bad and I would think about running it on my own!
