Did a a usual workout at Planet Fitness, same morning routine as usual!
Curls (4x10 15s each Arm, 2x10 20s each arm)
Inline Dumbbell Press (4x15 15s)
Dumbbell Ros (4x10 20s each arm)
Bench (4x8 45 55 65 55)
Reverse Glute Extension (3x8 55)
Workout mostly went well! Didn't plan on doing glute extensions, was sort of just on the machine waiting for the ab cruncher to open up but it never did. The first 4 lifts all went well, but I was pretty shot when it came time to bench. Outside of that though the workout felt good
