Comments:
Had the usual morning routine before class. We ran the Bunn Hill to Murray Hill loop today for our workout. Starting off, I ran the first half of the workout with Marty-- Bunn Hill wrecked me, though. As we caught up to the front group, I could feel some knotting in my lower right quad. Marty pulled ahead and I paced with Sarah and Matt after that. Once we got to Murray Hill, my leg stopped feeling as bad and I picked up the pace again for the last mile or so of the workout. Overall, not the most enjoyable workout ever, never been a huge fan of big hills, but fun running with the big group for a while and I was glad that my leg wasn't a big issue, just a temporary ache!
