Comments:
Ran to Tenley and met Alex (8:18 first mile). Ran out River Road to Somerset, the bamboo trails and the Little Falls trail. Came up to Wisc a block or two shy of Norwood Park. Parted ways at 44th and Fessenden before I headed home solo at 7:40 pace. Nice to have a slightly meaty Friday morning run.
