Comments:
Easy 5 mile, I don’t care how slow.
BUT either within the run or After the run, let’s try to find a hill we can push up for about 30 seconds.
Did pick ups at 9MPH on Tread
Run up hill fast. But Pace well bc 30 seconds is looong!!! Focus on straight arms, staying tall, high knees etc.
Jog down hill
Let’s do 5 of these!!
These are very important. I’d rather you do less of the easy run if it means fitting these in! n!
