Comments:
One of those days where I really didn't feel like going out to run, but I'm glad that I did. My time was somewhat slower than I hoped for, but considering that I nearly didn't do anything, then I'm pleased that the mileage and steps have been done. Quite big negative split, which is good and despite this slow time, I am confident for a sub-3 21km next week.
