Comments:
Did a speed workout first day back from break! had the usual breakfast before hand. Did the short warm up and then ran a downwards ladder of 1-3/4-1/2-1/4 mile, with a laps walk rest in between. Actually felt really good this workout, even after not running really during the break! Ran a 6:15 mile, a 4:49 1200, a 2:56 800, and a 74 400. I was happy with those times, I didn't realize I had some of that speed in me!
