Weather: Indoors @ West Gym
Comments:
Did a circuit workout in the gym day! It was 30 minutes in total (I believe, forgot to run my watch). Normal breakfast beforehand.
We did 2 sets of 15, in which we would run a lap around the gym, then do an exercise inbetween, such as push-ups, sit-ups, mountainclimbers, etc. Overall, wasn't too intense of a workout
