Comments:
Ran with Coach Barnes for 3 and Colin and Tenley for the whole thing. Did a loop around the Little Italy/ Campus area and then some on MLK. Felt tired, legs especially. We moved pretty good with Barnes and then slowed when he went in. I'm feeling better tonight. Pretty good easy run overall.
Hip drils and Plyos after ward.
Rolled my left calf pretty good. Its still real sore though.

Couple extra sets of Pullups/ chinups
3x15 dips before bed
Slept a little less than 7 hours
