Did a lift coach gave us yester day:
CROSSFIT CIRCUIT x 3 sets
Push-ups x 20 (Failed prertty bad the last set. Had to do 2 breaks)
Pull-ups or row-ups x 10-15 (3 sets to max for me. I don't remember how many)
Shoulder Press(rear) x 15 (45 straight bar. I made it all the way through. I was suprised)
Bench Dips x 20-30 (30 than 20 the last 2 sets. Slightly guilty about this. I was dying though)
Straight bar curl x 15 (Straight 45 bar. Not too bad considering the pullups before)
Form running with dumbellss to fatigue (5-8# weights) -use mirror to check form (5# weights, Gotta bring my arms back more. Especially the left. Coach Sly was on me pretty good to do it)
